Day 161: Giant Frying Pan
The last time I visited Rose Hill, we drove in circles looking for the giant frying pan. In the most obvious place, it was hiding under the "WORLD'S LARGEST FRYING PAN" sign. When we finally found it, we didn't stop to take a picture so I traveled off path today to visit the frying pan again. To my surprise, the frying pan is covered with a large frying pan cover. I'm assuming this is also the home of the world's largest frying pan cover and that Rose Hill only lets the frying pan out on special occasions to find out if it sees it shadow!
Day 160: F-R-A-G-I-L-E
I have my Gramaw's old glass butter dish and find this pattern in almost every antique store in the South. I don't think a trip to Replacements Ltd will be necessary!
Day 157: Sunnyday Comics
I have always been tempted to sign up for the newspapers that offered to give me a free umbrella. Is it ignorant to think that a white umbrella wouldn't keep out the sun?

Day 154: John Popper
Friday 13ths are my favorite days no doubt, and today was no exception. We drove to Charlotte to experience the Last Summer on Earth tour - a mix of 90's bands including my favorite Barenaked Ladies! The sounds of John Popper's harmonica set the energy for the night.
Day 152: I'm A Consumer
It is no secret that the majority of the clothes in our closets have an Old Navy label. Today was "Stuff & Save", and I didn't know it until I checked out. My entire purchase was 40% off. After working for Ralph Lauren, I refuse to pay full-price for clothing ever, so this is an exciting event in our household!
Day 151: Good Reading
I have wanted a Chronological Bible for fifteen years now. I don't know why it has taken me so long to get one, but it definitely won't take me fifteen years to finish it. To my surprise, it is also a 365 read!
Day 150: CVS Anyone?
CVS is very clever in the fact that they have a Redbox to entice me to pull into their parking lot. So often, I am drawn into their store just to look at the smelly good stuff behind their doors. If you haven't tried the yogurt candy covered animal crackers, you either way to stay away or buy two bags! They are addictive!

Day 149: STICKY BUDDY!
We have been wanting a Sticky Buddy ever since we saw it on TV! I saw it tonight at Walmart and had to test it out.
Day 148: Hey Ladies
Today I received this letter in the mail. It was exactly what I needed. I have been looking for a fellowship opportunity that will help keep me in the right direction. It looks like it found me!
Day 147: Homemade Pizza
Tonight we made homemade pizza, or slightly homemade. At least it wasn't frozen!
Day 145: Dino-mite
Dinosaurs, white porcelain poodle dog, ashes of employees, what kind of place did we find? All we know is that it is DINO-MITE!
Day 144: Vampire or Werewolf?
Gabby shocked us today when we realized she was secretly working on the set of a popular HBO movie. Is she a vampire or is she a werewolf or some type of hybrid?
Day 141: Juicer Time
We bought a juicer. Our first recipe was a mean green drink. We were surprised that it wasn't bad. The secret is to use a straw. This picture takes me back to 'Tom and Jerry' days where a little mouse dressed in fruit and sang around a table of food!
Day 140: See No Evil
My garden frog was covering his frog eyes from the sun - this week was in the 100's every day!
Day 136: Fried Flowers
This heat is not only killing my love for the outdoors this summer, but it is also killing my Gramaw's gardenias! "HEAT WAVE"
